Field Service Technician

Pay: $27+/HR.

Hours: Monday – Friday Day Shift

Job type: Temp to Hire


Location: Catoosa, Oklahoma

Join our team as a Field Service Technician, traveling worldwide to supervise equipment installations, resolve technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Travel 75% of the time worldwide to supervise equipment installations and perform on-site repairs.
  • Investigate and resolve customer reports of technical problems, ensuring equipment meets industry and company standards.
  • Analyze performance and inspection reports, making recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Field Service, Engineering, and other departments to expedite problem resolutions.
  • Maintain detailed records and provide reports to the Field Service Manager and Quality Department.
  • Troubleshoot, dismantle, and reassemble equipment, ensuring functionality according to customer needs.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and ensure strict adherence to safety requirements.

Must-Have Qualifications:


  • Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or 6 months to 1 year of related experience/training.
  • Ability to work at heights exceeding 50 feet and operate mobile elevating work platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and commitment to safety.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to travel extensively.
