Pay: $15/HR.

Hours: Monday – Friday 7AM-4PM

Join our team as a Shop Helper, where you’ll be responsible for essential tasks that keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

What you’ll be doing:

• Stacking and Lifting: Fill and stack 50 lb. bags using a gravity feeder, stacking up to 240 bags per day. You’ll also lift and fill 55-gallon barrels, with empty barrels weighing between 40 to 70 lbs., handling up to 20 barrels daily. You will also ensure the workspace remains organized by arranging and stacking the extra barrels.
• Equipment Maintenance: Assist with changing screens on production equipment, which may involve climbing a 12 ft. ladder and lifting 100 lb. screen frames with a team.
• Heavy Equipment Operation: Operate a forklift or other heavy equipment when workload calls for it.
• Clean-Up: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse by managing spills, shoveling materials into barrels, and sweeping when needed.

Must Have Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 70 lbs.).
• Comfortability performing physical tasks, including bending, stooping, lifting, and standing for extended periods (up to 8 hours a day).
• Previous Heavy Equipment Handling experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
