Information Security Responsibilities
- Awareness on information security measures such as acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, password security
- Understand and report security risks and how they impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
- Understand how data is stored, processed, or transmitted from a Data privacy and protection standpoint
Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain SAP S/4HANA systems and related components.
- Perform system monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Manage SAP user accounts, roles, and authorizations.
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.
- Apply patches, updates, and upgrades to the SAP environment.
- Collaborate with application developers, functional consultants, and other IT staff to ensure seamless integration and operation of the SAP system.
- Monitor and maintain system security, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of the SAP environment, including configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Provide support for SAP system issues, including root cause analysis and resolution.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, best practices, and industry trends.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an SAP Basis Administrator, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, installation, configuration, and administration.
- Experience with SAP HANA database administration.
- Proficiency in system monitoring tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with SAP user and authorization management.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- SAP certification in SAP S/4HANA or SAP Basis is a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and SAP Cloud Platform is desirable.
Additional Skill
- Knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Linux, Windows) and database systems (e.g., HANA, SQL Server, Oracle).
- Understanding of network protocols and security best practices.
- Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP Solution Manager.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
