American Tower – Director Corporate Development

American Tower is seeking a Director of Corporate Development in Woburn, MA. In this role, you will manage a team of real estate, finance, and engineering professionals responsible for acquiring communication tower sites, as well as planning, building, and maintaining these towers.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Collaborating with M&A, Sales, Operations, IT, Legal, and Finance to develop plans for the expansion of the tower network.
2. Negotiating agreements with real estate owners, equipment vendors, contractors, and mobile network operators.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
2. 1 year of experience managing acquisitions and financing of communication towers.
3. 1 year of experience performing financial analysis of telecommunications projects and negotiating real estate, construction, and network contracts for telecommunication towers.
4. May require up to 10% domestic and international travel.
