Job Details

As a Collection Attorney / Collections Attorney on our team, we are looking for:

• Juris Doctor from accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in the state of California and maintain all necessary licensing and MCLE requirements
• Experience with the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (“FDCPA”) and Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code (“UCC”) a plus but not required
• Must maintain hourly billing requirement of 1920 hours annually.
• Candidate must live in California; candidate must be available and willing to attend in person hearings as needed.
• Banking or mortgage law experience would be a plus
