This position will provide support to skilled construction workers and will be trained on the job for back-up to these positions. Responds to work requests timely and professionally and is able to complete work assignments.

This position will learn the proper use of tools and equipment found in a construction environment. The Construction Laborer may be required to work nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as necessary and approved by supervisor.

Job Requirements Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience Preferred: Previous experience related in the construction / remodel field Skills Problem solving skills. Basic communication skills.

Ability to prioritize workload. Basic knowledge or willing to learn the safe operation of all tools used in the performance of duties Basic knowledge or willing to learn regulatory requirements governing fire alarm systems, electrical, plumbing, life safety systems and building repairs Licensure/Certification/Registration Required: Active Driver’s License
