Foreman

Standard Concrete Products, Inc. is a progressive and growing manufacturer of prestressed and precast concrete products with three locations in the southeastern United States.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Coordinating construction work according to priorities and plans, able to read blueprints, producing schedules and monitoring attendance of crew, allocating general and daily responsibilities, supervise and train workers and tradespeople while providing motivation for other employees, ensure manpower and resources are adequate, guarantee all quality standards are met, supervise the use of machinery and equipment, resolve problems when they arise, and report on progress to managers, engineers, etc. Ensure all OSHA, EPA, and SCP safety guidelines and regulations are met or exceeded with the goal of zero incidents. Actively engage with the workforce to reinforce safe behaviors (daily safety talks, plant inspections, etc.).

Qualifications:

Education & Work Experience

• 3-5 years experience in prestressed/precast concrete products
• 2 plus years of supervisory experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
