JOB SUMMARY

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Salesperson to join our team as a Sales and Services Manager for Commercial & Residential Clients. The primary focus of this role is to expand and strengthen our relationships with existing clients while driving new business growth.

The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving our growth and profit objectives by developing and executing client acquisition and retention strategies, generating new business leads, and converting them into long-term clients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


● Collaborate in developing and executing a comprehensive client acquisition and growth plan.

● Identify and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones, in alignment with company goals and evolving market opportunities.


● Enhance and expand relationships with current clients, aiming to increase project work and broaden service mandates.

● Explore and develop opportunities for growth in both existing and new geographic markets.


● Deploy effective business development tactics to generate leads and initiate conversations with potential clients and referral sources.

● Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients to drive business development efforts.


● Convert qualified leads into new client relationships, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to paying client.

● Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.


● Engage with the senior management team to contribute to overall firm growth and strategic planning.

● Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives and support company-wide objectives.


QUALIFICATIONS
● Proven track record in sales and client management, preferably in the insulation or
construction industry.
● Strong understanding of commercial and residential markets.
● Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
● Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for client acquisition and retention.
● Experience in generating and converting leads into successful business
relationships.
● Demonstrated leadership and ability to work effectively within a senior management
team.
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
