We seek a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Talent Acquisition team as an intern. This position is perfect for someone interested in starting a recruitment and human resources career. The ideal candidate will support various aspects of the hiring process and gain valuable experience sourcing and interviewing candidates and other HR-related tasks.

Talent Acquisition Intern

• Assist with recruitment, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the Talent Acquisition team in developing job descriptions and posting job adverts on various platforms.
• Manage and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) to record all candidate information accurately.
• Coordinate and communicate with candidates regarding their application status and interview schedules.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives, contributing ideas and providing support as needed.
• Help organize and attend career fairs and other recruitment events to represent Gravity Global.

Required Skills and Experience

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Previous experience with an ATS is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship or work experience in HR or recruitment.
• Knowledge of recruitment methods and best practices.
• Experience with social media recruitment strategies.

Paid Internship: The Salary Range for this position is between $15.50/hour and $17.50/hour.

The salary range varies by location and is based on experience and factual criteria. It reflects the highest potential salary for this position.
