Senior Producer

Stillfront Group AB, which is a group of independent developers, publishers and distributors of digital games – with a vision to become the leading group of game developers and publishers. 

Currently, we are looking for a dynamic Senior Producer to join our Production Department in North America. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of managing live game projects and overseeing their development. We are seeking an organized, communicative, and detail-oriented professional to coordinate our diverse game production initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel in stakeholder communication, project management, and technical oversight, ensuring that our games are delivered on time and meet the highest standards. 

Your Tasks

• Manage all new and existing game projects via a sprint process, ensuring all departments have enough to work on and know when to work on it.
• Collaborate with the product team to manage the LiveOps calendar, pipeline, and processes, ensuring smooth execution of events and sales.
• Understand and communicate technical compromises, adapting messaging to suit various departments and stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication with key stakeholders during different phases of the sprint, ensuring project needs, scope, and progress are clearly conveyed.
• Utilize project management tools to create, update, and track tasks and tickets, ensuring timely and efficient workflow.
• Identify potential blockers proactively and work to resolve them. Continuously seek ways to improve workflow and efficiency across the team.
• Organize team communications and workflows, prioritize tasks, and track progress to ensure timely delivery aligned with company priorities.

Your Backstory

• Several years of experience as a Producer in a tech or gaming environment
• Strong understanding of technical processes and challenges in game production
• Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels
• Proficiency in project management and bug tracking software such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office tools
• Experience with code collaboration tools, build automation, and continuous integration is a plus
