Flowers Early Learning is a high-quality preschool located in Cassopolis, Michigan and is currently looking for Classroom Support Staff, serving classrooms with children ages 0-3.

Position Summary: Assists the teacher in instructing and implementing curriculum, on-going assessment, observation, and child outcomes systems for preschool children based on developmentally appropriate practices consistent with program policies, licensing, and the Head Start Performance Standards. Responsible for daily classroom and center required cleaning and sanitizing, food and bottle preparation and service, including breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Responsible for covering teacher and teacher assistant lunch breaks.

Job Type: Full-Time, Full Year, Non-Exempt


Expected Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:00a – 4:30p


Rate of Pay: HS/GED: $15.50 Hourly AA or Higher: $17.08 Hourly



Education Requirement: High School Diploma or GED Equivalence and able to obtain a CDA within 2 years of hire


Related Experience: Minimum: One-year related experience Desired: Two years related experience. Must be over the age of 18-years-old for licensing, have a Valid Driver’s License, and reliable transportation.
