We are proud to introduce you to Premier Systems

Tired of being just another cog in the machine? Ready to take the lead on multi-million-dollar projects and drive innovation in the HVAC industry? At Premier Systems, we’re not looking for a typical New Construction Manager; we need a leader. We need someone with vision, grit, and the drive to transform the ordinary into extraordinary.

If you’ve been itching for a role where you can own the entire process, from pre-construction to final inspections, and lead a team that gets results, this is your moment. We’re handing you the “million-dollar rod”—now it’s time to fish.

Your New Role:

  • Project Leadership – You’ll own the entire lifecycle of HVAC new construction projects. Your job is to ensure that they’re not just completed on time and on budget, but executed flawlessly.
  • Team Leadership & Development – Recruit, mentor, and inspire a team of top-tier HVAC technicians and supervisors. You’ll be the backbone of a crew that performs at the highest level.
  • Operational Excellence – You’ll champion efficiency, managing budgets, allocating resources, and making sure projects run like a well-oiled machine. We trust you to drive continuous improvement using lean construction methods.
  • Stakeholder Management – Build strong relationships with builders, developers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration and stellar execution.
  • Process Optimization – Take the wheel in refining workflows and processes. We’re not interested in maintaining the status quo. We’re here to stay ahead of the curve, and so are you.
  • Risk Management – Identify risks before they become problems. Whether it’s safety concerns or unexpected delays, you’ll keep projects on track with minimal disruptions.

What’s in it for you to join the team:

  • Impact – Every decision you make directly influences the success of high-profile projects.
  • Compensation – $100,000 – $125,000 DOE, plus performance-based bonuses. The better your projects, the bigger the reward.
  • Growth Opportunities – We invest in your growth through leadership development, training, and pathways to upward mobility. Build your career while building our systems.
  • Work-Life Balance – We offer comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, plus PTO that lets you excel at both work and home.

Why You Will Never Want to Leave:

At Premier Systems, you’re not just another construction manager. You’re a builder, a leader, and an innovator. Our company thrives on initiative, accountability, and the relentless pursuit of excellence. You’ll be surrounded by a culture that pushes boundaries and rewards the bold.

This Job Isn’t for You If:

  • You’re looking for a cushy gig with little responsibility. We need someone who thrives under pressure and isn’t afraid of the hard work it takes to lead from the front.
  • You’re okay with the status quo. This isn’t a place for coasting or phoning it in.

This Job Is for You If:

  • You’ve got a proven track record leading multi-million-dollar HVAC projects, and you’re hungry for more.
  • You’re not just good with people—you’re a natural-born leader who can inspire and manage a diverse, high-performing team.
  • You thrive on solving problems, even under pressure, and you always find a way to deliver.
  • You believe in constant improvement and are always looking for ways to do things better, faster, and smarter.
