Job Description: We are seeking a skilled 5-Axis CNC Programmer who is proficient in using PowerMill or Fusion 360 for our DMS machines and Motion Master CNC. This is a short-term position with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program and operate 5-axis CNC machines using PowerMill or equivalent software.
• Develop and optimize CNC programs for our DMS and Motion Master CNC machines.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of machined parts.
• Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to meet project requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any programming or machining issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a 5-Axis CNC Programmer.
• Proficiency in PowerMill or other relevant CNC programming software.
• Experience with DMS machines and Motion Master CNC is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and toolpaths.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to start working immediately.
