Your New Role

As a Commercial Electrician, you’ll:

  • Install electrical systems, components, and fixtures for new construction or renovation projects, adhering to electrical codes and regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the company on job sites and interacting with clients.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  • Coordinate and communicate with other tradespeople, contractors, and project managers to ensure smooth workflow and successful completion of projects.
  • Perform electrical installations, including wiring, conduits, outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, and other electrical components according to specifications and electrical codes.
  • Read and interpret electrical blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings to determine the layout, location, and specifications of electrical systems.

This Job Isn’t For You If:

  • You don’t hold a valid Texas Electrical License.
  • You lack reliable transportation for job site travel.
  • You have less than 4 years of experience as an apprentice electrician.
  • You struggle with the installation of electrical systems on the ground up, tenant finish, and light industrial.
  • You’re not comfortable running all types of conduit systems including PVC, EMT, and Rigid.
  • You can’t read and interpret blueprints.
  • You can’t pass a background check or drug test upon hire.
  • You’re not authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as an apprentice electrician
  • Installation of electrical systems on the Ground up, Tennant finish, and Light Industrial
  • Capable of running all types of conduit systems including PVC, EMT, and Rigid
  • Installation of devices and equipment connections on construction projects
  • Blueprint Reading
  • Installation of Lighting control systems on construction projects
  • Positive attitude capable of working as part of a team to accomplish project milestones
  • Ability to pass a background check upon hire
  • Ability to pass a drug test upon hire
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
