ESG Systems LLC is a Commercial AV Systems Integration firm located in Allentown, PA. ESG is currently looking to add an experienced installer to our team.

There is a possibility of full and/or part time work. We work in churches, schools, corporate, hospitality and more.

Interested candidates should have at least some of the following skillsets and abilities –

· 3-5 years Minimum Field Experience

· Able to lift 70+ pounds to shoulder level and beyond

· Electrical experience and/or license

· Audio DSP programming – BSS, Extron, Q-Sys

· Industry Certifications a + like CTS, Extron, Syn-Aud-Con

· 70V and Impedance sound system troubleshooting and install

· Theatrical/Architectural Lighting, DMX Control

· Video, Audio & Data cable termination and testing including soldering

· Rigging and Mounting of TV and Speakers in various new and old work situations

· Valid PA driver’s license with a good driving record

· Able to pass CDL physical

· Able to build and function working at heights of up to 35+ feet on scaffolding

· As needed, able to work evenings and occasional weekends with a general M-F schedule of 7:30AM-5PM

ESG has a lot of work to get done and we need a motivated installer to help. We will be gathering resumes and evaluating options, scheduling interviews in the upcoming days.

Please keep in mind that this is not an entry level position – we need someone with real skills able to hit the ground running. We do not expect the ideal candidate to hit all the needs above but we need a good mix.
