Responsibilities

  • Organize contract files and documents

  • Ensure that all records are accurate and up to date
  • Write contract letters and other communications
  • Participate in meetings with project teams to assess contractual risks
  • Analyze contracts for compliance with state and federal laws

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in construction contract administration and management
  • Legal experience and/or knowledge of contract law is a plus
  • Knowledge of construction operations and management is a plus
  • Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Education Requirements


  • Paralegal or Law degree is a nice to have

Experience Requirements

  • Must have 5+ years’ experience specifically in construction contract administration and management
  • Experience with new build construction contracts, negotiating, and redlining contracts is required
