Job Title: Certified Surgical Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team at Trinity Health FirstChoice. As a CST, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures, working closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.

Job Summary:

• Assist surgeons and other medical professionals during surgical procedures
• Prepare and maintain operating rooms, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for patients and staff
• Coordinate with anesthesia and nursing teams to ensure seamless patient care
• Participate in pre-operative and post-operative patient care, including vital sign monitoring and wound care

Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Surgical Technology or related field
• Current CST certification or equivalent
• Minimum 18 months of experience in surgical technology or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
