Position Overview: As a Pediatric Speech Therapist at Advanced Pediatric Therapies, LLC, you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children. You will work closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals to create and implement effective therapy plans that support each child's unique needs and developmental milestones.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess children’s speech, language, and communication skills.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment results.
  • Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to address speech, language, and communication challenges.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement strategies for progress at home and in various settings.
  • Monitor and document progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed to meet each child's evolving needs.
  • Educate families and caregivers about communication development and strategies to support their child’s growth.
  • Stay updated with the latest research, techniques, and best practices in pediatric speech therapy.


Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in NV.
  • Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Prior experience working with pediatric populations is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with children and their families.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Passion for making a positive impact on children's lives and a commitment to their developmental progress.
