Alumina Railing Products manufactures and installs ornamental & decorative railings. Alumina Railing Products has been providing superior craftsmanship and quality for commercial, industrial, multifamily and residential projects since 1993. Our manufacturing and powder coating facilities are powered by state-of-the-art equipment and technology.

We are looking for someone driven, dependable, and hardworking with a leadership mentality to join our team!  We are in need of someone who can multitask, ability to guide and manage others, follow project schedules and maintenance of the facility.  

Previous experience in a powder coating facility is required! 

PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE.

Position Responsibilities

• Review shop drawings & paperwork with managers to help prepare and setup materials.
• Hang materials using a variety of hooks.
• Pre-treat with specific chemicals with pressure washer to ensure materials are clean before applying paint.
• Assist in applying powder coating.
• Un hang, wrap and prepare materials/hardware for installation.
• Assist in troubleshooting any issues with machinery and tools in shop.
