JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective


We are seeking an experienced DME (Durable Medical Equipment) Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of our facility in Colorado Springs, CO. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to map out processes and protocols to achieve organizational goals, ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. This role requires a dynamic leader who can motivate and lead teams, adjust quickly to the ever-changing healthcare marketplace, and foster a culture of success and promotion. Essential Functions


  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies and regulations, including managing inventory and supplies.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff; conduct performance evaluations; facilitate professional development to build a high-performing team.
  • Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to health regulations, accreditation standards, and safety protocols; stay updated on changes in healthcare laws and ensure the facility remains compliant.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient safety and satisfaction.

Supervisory Responsibility

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
