Remote Office Travel Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Travel Assistant to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with all travel arrangements and logistics for our office staff. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate travel arrangements for office staff, including flights, hotel accommodations, and transportation
- Manage travel itineraries and ensure all necessary documents and information are provided to staff
- Assist with travel expense reports and reimbursements
- Communicate with travel vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth travel experiences
- Provide administrative support to the Travel Coordinator as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
