Your new role: 

As the Service Manager at Apache Air & Heat, you’ll be the key player behind the scenes, making sure that everything from installations to maintenance runs without a hitch. You’ll lead our teams of service technicians and installers, helping to build and grow a department that sets the bar for quality and efficiency. You’ll juggle recruitment, training, and management, all while keeping the customer at the forefront of everything we do.

You will:

• Lead, manage, and train service technicians and installation crews
• Drive recruiting efforts and ensure a high-quality field team
• Conduct ride-alongs and provide real-time feedback to technicians
• Ensure top-notch repairs and installations, obtaining permits when necessary
• Manage workload distribution and scheduling for maximum efficiency and profit
• Resolve customer issues and drive complete satisfaction
• Oversee compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA standards
• Cultivate a strong safety culture within the team
• Manage departmental budgets and hit profitability goals
• Facilitate weekly team meetings to ensure alignment with goals
• Stay on top of market trends, new products, and services

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of current code requirements
• Experience with budgeting, finance, and operations in a similar role
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some extended shifts
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
