Purchasing Agent – SES Division

Our client is actively seeking a Purchasing Agent for our Security Electronics Systems (SES) Division in Tysons, VA. The ideal candidate will have experience procuring security electronics such as CCTV cameras, badge readers, and other related equipment. This role is critical to supporting ongoing projects, and there is an immediate need to fill the position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the procurement process for security electronics, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing equipment such as CCTV systems, badge readers, and access control devices.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.
• Work closely with vendors, including Johnson Controls and other industry leaders, to secure optimal pricing and delivery terms.
• Ensure all procurement activities are compliant with company policies and project requirements.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 3–7 years of procurement experience, preferably in the security electronics or related industries.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Immediate availability is preferred due to the urgent need to fill positions.
