Your New Role As a Commercial Roofing Superintendent:
- Oversee multiple commercial roofing projects, ensuring project timelines and budgets are strictly adhered to
- Conduct daily site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards
- Lead daily audits to enforce high-quality workmanship and implement best practices for roofing installations, leak investigations, and repairs
- Ensure all crews comply with OSHA and company safety regulations
- Stay up-to-date with design requirements, building codes, and the latest roofing materials
- Utilize CRM and Project Management software to track progress and manage ongoing projects effectively
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure timely, within-budget project delivery
- Innovate work methods, improving efficiency and elevating performance standards on all projects

- Proven experience in roofing production supervision, including shingles, single-ply, sheet metal, and torch-down roofing systems
- Skilled in field installation, leadership, technical problem-solving, safety compliance, and communication (both oral and written)
- Physical capability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to travel as needed (10-20%), primarily within Texas with potential expansion into Arkansas and Colorado
- High school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to pass a background check and maintain a clean driving record
- Preferred: 5 years of roofing production supervision experience, bilingual (English/Spanish), and familiarity with Acculynx and Procore
