Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a top trial lawyer in California who has recovered over $100 million for clients and won multiple seven/eight-figure verdicts in personal injury and defective product cases. We are searching for a Personal Injury Attorney to work out of our Torrance, California office. You will handle a wide array of injury cases that include slips/falls, and medical malpractice with an emphasis on brain, spine, and catastrophic injury cases. This firm is featured on USA Today, LA Weekly, KTLA 5, and ABC 7. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meet with clients to discuss case details, gather evidence, and provide expert legal advice regarding potential claims and case prospects
• Take cases from complaints through expert depositions and first or second-chair trials depending on your experience level
• Prepare and draft legal documents and pleadings
• Work on discovery
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, and keeping them informed about case progress
• Conduct research
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2-6 years minimum experience working at a plaintiff’s personal injury litigation firm
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines at a time
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat required
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a professional environment and maintain a professional demeanor in all situations, including the ability to remain calm and efficient during stressful situations

COMPENSATION  BENEFITS:

• Base Compensation: $125,000 – $185,000 (DOE)
• Bonus + Attorney Fee Structure

• Hybrid is an option after an acclimation period.
