Mortgage Account Manager


Career Consulting Partners is working with one of the most successful Mortgage Lenders in the Non-QM space. We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Account manager with recent experience in the wholesale space handling a non-conforming loan pipeline.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of broker accounts by delivering excellent service and product expertise.
  • Educate brokers on Non-QM loan programs, guidelines, and submission requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the lender and brokers throughout the loan process.
  • Work closely with underwriting, closing, and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely loan processing.
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively to ensure broker satisfaction and close loans on schedule.
  • Provide brokers with pricing, product recommendations, and guidance on loan structuring.
  • Monitor loan pipelines, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Keep brokers informed on industry trends, new Non-QM products, and company updates.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies to attract new brokers and grow market share.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years of experience as an Account Manager or similar role in wholesale or mortgage lending, with a focus on Non-QM loans.
  • Strong understanding of Non-QM products, investor guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong broker relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in loan origination systems (LOS) and CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.

COMPENSATION  BENEFITS:

  • Base Compensation: $70,000 – $85,000
  • Plus additional performance compensation

LOCATION:

  • Santa Ana, CA (92707)
  • Near the John Wayne Airport
  • Hybrid after the initial 90-120 probationary period.
