Your New Role: HVAC Technician

In this commission-based role, you’ll be working in both residential and commercial environments, offering full service and sales of HVAC systems. Whether you’re fixing a broken unit or advising a business owner on an energy-efficient upgrade, you’re the expert they turn to. But this isn’t just a tech job—it’s a sales role. You’ll be expected to educate, sell, and deliver top-notch service on every call. You get to determine how big your paycheck grows by the value you provide.

Your daily responsibilities include:

• Sell, service, and repair HVAC systems for residential and commercial clients
• Perform routine maintenance for HVAC systems in homes and businesses
• Use your sales skills to promote upgrades and sell new systems
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients

• You hold an EPA Certification and a valid AZ driver’s license.

• 3-5 years of HVAC experience
• EPA Certification
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License
• Must be able to service both residential and commercial systems
• Sales and customer service-focused
