Our mission is to help couples get legally married online.
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative / Wedding Officiant to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our couples. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing helpful information about our service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries quickly & in a professional manner.
Officiate weddings via Zoom
Maintain customer records and update customer info.
Give product feedback to the founder with customer experiences.
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Pay: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour
