Description:Join the Enterprise Demand Supply Planning (EDSP) organization as a Demand & Supply Analyst Summer 2025 Intern. In this position, the Demand & Supply Analyst will participate with managing and driving the demand planning and aggregation process. The Demand & Supply Analyst will focus on conducting analysis across programs and sites to develop an aggregated demand forecast and focus on major changes and issues to demand.

In this role, your duties and responsibilities will include the following:

• Consolidate demand forecast inputs from Production, Engineering, EvDev and Sustainment functions
• Manage unfirm to firm demand system updates and requirements
• Support demand and supply simulations through a suite of tools and dashboards
• Conduct pre-work activities for Decision Forum meetings such as partnering with the programs and functions to complete meeting templates
Basic Qualifications:
• Actively pursuing Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business or related discipline from an accredited college
Desired Skills:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be self-motivated and display initiative to complete tasks effectively, efficiently, and timely

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
