Position Overview
As part of the Enterprise Engineering Team, this role will be responsible for driving the technical solutions delivery, and metrics reporting of enterprise level applications and partnering with property IT resources to implement strategic technologies across Sands. There will be strong focus in the areas of O365, Azure and Service Now data integration and automation of data. Responsibilities of this position include implementing solution design documents provided by the business, understanding detailed technical requirements and reference architectures, complex data analysis and research, providing installation and support documents, test scripts, and reporting solutions as needed, across the globe. The Engineer – Solutions will also work closely with business users, vendors, and a wide scope of IT personnel to bring about timely resolution to all questions or needs related to business application reporting, and audit concerns.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Partner with property IT and 3rd party resources on solutions deployment, consult on implementation, and oversee program design, integration and implementation of enterprise level data automation, , dashboards and visualizations, etc.
- Collaborate with IT, application developers, consultants and vendors to analyze business requirements, business specific scenarios, best practices, and then document and define analytics that meet the business needs of the enterprise and are aligned and consistent with enterprise IT strategies and plans.
- Join forces with the broader IT security, risk and compliance organization to interpret and architect data analysis and define configuration as well as reporting standards.
- Lead automation efforts and provide visibility/accountability on adherence to established standards and KPI’s via metrics reporting. Provide intelligent automation of real-time reporting.
- Collaborate with other enterprise infrastructure teams to define standards and policies relevant to best practice, compliance and regulatory requirements, including modern data platforms, such as data lakes.
- Proactively identify gaps, risks and issues and escalate to management accordingly.
- Work with business IT owners to gather information needed for business application integration with solutions.
- Perform job duties in a safe manner.

Minimum Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age.
- Proof of authorization to work in the United States
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree in technology preferred
- 5-10 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with O365 tenant and Azure AD management and functionality.
- Experience with ITAM and IAM automation desired.
- Proficiency with scripting in PowerShell, Python, HTML desired.
- Working knowledge of building enterprise grade Dashboards and Visualizations with MS Power BI, SSRS and SSIS technologies.
- Understanding of various Software Development Lifecycle Methodologies.
- Ability to represent information in graphical forms that augment textual representations in natural language, including using modeling languages, developing process flows, creating data and topology diagrams, etc.
- Knowledge of compliance regulations such as: PCI and SOX
- Experience with privacy legislation such as: HIPAA, COPPA, FCRA, GLB and GDPR
- Demonstrates a strong attention to detail
- Demonstrate ability to analyze qualitative data as well as exceptional analytical, statistical, quantitative, and deduction skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and other Team Members of different backgrounds and levels of experience.
- Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Able to work and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment and respond to stakeholder requests with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both in spoken and written form.
