In this role, you will assist patients with their questions and concerns, and keep families informed throughout their care. Patient Registrar – Orthopedic Surgery | Full-Time, Days

Monday – Friday 8 AM – 4 PM

As a patient registrar, you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals schedule a variety of procedures and appointments, taking pride in your ability to go above and beyond to assist others. In this position, you will collect demographic information and insurance details, including pre-certifications and authorizations, while ensuring accurate scheduling. You will provide a calm and reassuring presence for patients as they navigate their hospital experience.

Preferred Criteria

• Some college course work completed
• Familiarity with health insurance requirements and clinical coding
• Bilingual language skills – Spanish

Required Criteria

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least one year of clerical experience
• Computer skills
• Exceptional customer services skills

$28.83-$36.00/Hourly
