• M-F/ 8 H days
• Round in the morning then see Heart Failure patients in clinic 
• Full time position
• Cerner EMR- conversion to Epic in Fall 2024 
• Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vacation, 401K and CME
• Relocation assistance and Malpractice insurance
• Must have a background in cardiology.
