Athlete Experience (AX) is a cross functional, OMNI initiative that is at the heart of DICK’s transformation to become the best Sports Company in the World. We endeavor to evolve how we serve the Athlete to be more holistic and provide a relationship based offering that begins with motivating our athlete in sport through to helping them improve their game. As the Administrative Assistant II, you will support three Vice Presidents within AX and Marketing organization. In addition to the traditional tasks of providing high-level administrative support that may include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence and reports, travel arrangements and other administrative responsibilities as required, this role provides a front-row seat to the transformation of DICK’s, and opportunities to learn and take on special projects.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining calendars
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Setting up and arranging company visits as well as external meetings
- Planning and coordinating travel arrangements, inclusive of expense management
- Supporting presentations, agendas, correspondence and documentation
- Disseminate important information
- Manage special projects including creating presentations and coordinating projects
- Build relationships within and across the organization with other AAs
- Build relationships within and across the organization in support of business objectives
- Shadow VP’s to take notes and support meetings
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Associate’s Degree
Experience:
- 3-5 years administrative experience
