As a Full Time, Day shift Float Registered Nurse, you’ll lead the charge in delivering exceptional nursing care in medical/surgical and telemetry units. This pivotal role demands mastery of hospital policies, sharp interpretive skills, and active collaboration with colleagues. Enjoy a 15% differential on hourly pay for your flexibility in delivering expert compassionate patient care in a variety of specialties!
Responsibilities
1. Facilitate, Implement, and Evaluate Patient Care Plans: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive Patient Plans of Care to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
2. Collaborate for Positive Patient Outcomes: Work closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to promote positive patient outcomes and deliver holistic care.
3. Champion Patient Advocacy: Serve as a dedicated patient advocate, ensuring timely and effective interventions to meet patient needs.
4. Demonstrate Clinical Excellence: Showcase proficiency in clinical skills and technical competence to deliver exceptional patient care.
5. Critical Thinking and Timely Communication: Apply critical thinking skills to assess patient information and communicate effectively for timely interventions.
6. Meticulous Documentation and Safety Measures: Ensure accurate documentation of patient assessments and adherence to safety protocols to enhance patient well-being.
7. Effective Delegation and Supervision: Supervise and delegate tasks appropriately to ensure all patients receive high-quality care.
8. Patient Education and Empowerment: Provide clear and comprehensive patient education to empower patients and families on their healthcare journey.

Qualifications
Requires a minimum of 2 years experience in acute care as an RN.
