Security Dispatcher

JOB SUMMARY:
The Security Dispatcher monitors security equipment and dispatches appropriate resources to emergency and non-emergency situation based on customer/staff needs. Communicates information as needed and required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: High School Diploma or GED. Obtain Non-Commissioned Security license within first 90 days of employment.

Work Experience : Minimum of one (1) year of dispatching experience is preferred

Equipment Operated: Dispatch Radio Base Station, Telephone, Automated Dispatch System, Access Control System, Video Systems, Employee ID Systems, Fire Alarm System, Report Writing System, Paging System and Fax Machine.

Communication Skills:
Exceptional Verbal (e.g., Public Speaking)
Writing /Composing (Reports)

Medical Terms, Typing, P.C.

Work Schedule: Weekends Holidays Flexible Overtime
