Job Title: Emergency Medical Technician Supervisor
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paramedic to join our team at Avita Health System as an Emergency Medical Technician Supervisor. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of medical procedures and protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of emergency medical technicians, ensuring that they have the necessary training and resources to perform their duties effectively. They will also be responsible for maintaining regulatory agency requirements, nursing and facility policies and procedures as well as standards.
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Licensed as a Paramedic by the State of Ohio
- BLS certification or obtained within thirty (30) days of hire
- PALS and ACLS certification or obtained within six (6) months of hire
- NRP certification or obtained within nine (9) months of hire
- TNCC certification or obtained with one (1) year of hire
Salary Range: $60,000 – $80,000 per annum
