Your mission:

Find, attract, and hire exceptional talent to enable everyone in the world to use crypto with peace of mind.



Your one year outcomes:
  • X ICs hired (depending on role and seniority)
  • Offer to close rate of ≥75%
  • Average time to hire ≤ X days


What you will do:
  • Be accountable for hiring goals
  • Own hiring pipelines end to end for top priority roles
  • Galvanize stakeholders to achieve those goals
  • Drive key insights resulting in solutions that improve our hiring processes

Role-specific:

  • 3+ years of experience in a recruiting or business-strategy role (eg. management consulting, startup generalist, etc.)
  • Recruiting fundamentals

    • Builds high quality pipelines across multiple disciplines
    • Evaluates talent rigorously and accurately
    • Clearly communicates candidate profiles and scorecards
