Dream Nannies is seeking a warm and dedicated Nanny for a delightful family in Lake Claire with a 13-month-old baby girl who is working on reaching a few developmental milestones. They are looking for someone intentional and skilled in engaging children through purposeful activities that promote milestone achievement due to a recent diagnosis. Their daughter will also be in speech therapy and physical therapy, so the ideal Nanny should be comfortable handling her transportation to and from therapy sessions when needed. This nanny will work with their daughter on the things the therapist has instructed them to. The parents would appreciate a Nanny who brings humor, flexibility, and a lighthearted presence to their household, with the ability to stay late occasionally for date nights.
Mom and Dad are looking for someone who will work closely with them, incorporating guidance from her therapist to support their daughter’s progress. They are looking for a Nanny who can not only embrace their daughter’s growth with encouragement but also bring energy and creativity to help her thrive. During her downtime, the family appreciates light household support, such as laundry, meal prep, and simple cooking for their daughter, along with walking the family dog.
The position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30/5:00 PM, with a pay rate of $25 to $28 per hour.
