Your New Role as an HVAC Technician

  • System Diagnostics: Evaluate, troubleshoot, and maintain mechanical and control systems for peak performance
  • Service Expertise: Work with chillers, boilers, split systems, pumps, cooling towers, air handling units, and fans in commercial and industrial facilities
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with subcontractors, procure materials, and ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA standards
  • Mentorship: Mentor junior techs, oversee documentation, and manage time sheets
  • Software Proficiency: Operate and maintain expertise in tools like Trane TechView, Carrier Service Tool, and various building automation systems

  • Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Minimum of 5 years of commercial HVAC repair experience, specifically with systems by Trane, Carrier, AAON, Leibert, Daikin/McQuay, and York
  • Experience repairing commercial HVAC equipment – Chillers, boilers, fresh air equipment.
  • Strong understanding of control diagrams, schematics, and building automation systems
  • Solid work ethic, strong customer service skills, and time management abilities
  • Physically capable of handling tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly
