Your New Role
- Lead and manage daily residential HVAC installations, ensuring top-quality work and adherence to company standards
- Mentor and train the installation team to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism
- Conduct monthly team meetings to review performance, reinforce safety, discuss new services, and set goals
- Oversee job documentation and quality control, ensuring every project meets OnTime Service standards
- Serve as a primary customer contact throughout each project, building strong, positive relationships
- Offer expert solutions and proposals tailored to customer needs
- Monitor company vehicles and equipment, ensuring maintenance and restocking as needed
- Provide guidance in ductwork measurements and related tasks
- Collaborate closely with the service manager to coordinate team activities and resources
- Maintain a positive, high-performing team environment aligned with company values

- 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- EPA certification (NATE certification is a plus)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and work in various conditions, including crawlspaces and attics
- Clear background check and openness to random drug testing
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
