Discover the summer of a lifetime! Camp Emerson is hiring college students and recent graduates to be Athletic Specialists and Counselors this summer. You’ll have the opportunity to mentor campers in their chosen sport, be part of an exciting and dynamic camp community, and live in the beautiful Berkshires in Western Massachusetts. Our campers love sports and we are looking for college and post-graduate staff to join our athletic team. We deliver superior athletic instruction to our camp community and make sports fun! Activities include:

• Archery
• Basketball
• Baseball
• Gymnastics
• Soccer
• Swimming
• Tennis
• Volleyball
• Waterskiing

Applicants must have completed at least one year of college. Competitive Salary. All staff members receive free housing, meals, travel stipend, time off, Wi-Fi, staff clothing, and weekly laundry service. You will have zero expenses! The camp season runs from June 14 to August 10, 2025.
Camp Emerson is looking for staff with the following qualities:

• Enthusiastic about youth sports
• Can teach all levels, from beginner to advanced
• Put safety first, always
• Are team players
• Bring creativity, energy, and enthusiasm
• Love sports, and know how to make lessons engaging and fun

For most staff members, an Internship credit is available. Check with your college or university to see if they offer this arrangement. We work with staff to help them fulfill their internship requirements.
