Salary: £50,000-60,000 base + On-Target Earnings of ~£60,000 (Total OTE ~£120,000)
Location: Fully Remote with Trips to Dubai to meet the Management Team
Working Times: 9am to 6pm with Flexibility to work evenings to meet with US based companies when required

The Empath Closing School is seeking a driven Recruiter to play a pivotal role in connecting our talented graduates with top-tier companies in need of exceptional remote sales people in online sales.



About Us

The Empath Closing School is a specialised training platform for new and existing sales professionals to start a new or develop an existing career selling online training programs, professional services and SAAS remotely. We have a remote team of 15 people scaling up the training program and are looking for a hands-on recruiter to help us build relationships with prospective partner companies to hire our graduates.



Your Role

  • Candidate Placement
    • Manage an inventory of talented sales graduates, matching them with ideal opportunities.
    • Take ownership of the placement process, from initial client engagement to final offer.

  • Business Development
    • Proactively source and build relationships with company clients, focusing on high ticket training, consulting and SAAS companies.
    • Identify companies’ hiring needs and position our graduates as the ideal solution.

  • Relationship Building
    • Develop long-term partnerships with businesses to ensure repeat placements.
    • Act as the go-to consultant for both clients and candidates, providing exceptional service and insight.

  • Lead Generation
    • Leverage existing resources and hunt for new leads to grow our network of hiring partners.
    • Use entrepreneurial skills to creatively identify potential client opportunities.



What You Bring

  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: You thrive in a startup environment, taking initiative and ownership of your work.
  • Proactivity: You’re self-driven, constantly seeking opportunities and solving problems without being asked.
  • 5 Years Experience in Recruitment required: You understand the placement process and can build relationships with ease.
  • Preferred experience and/or knowledge of the Online High Ticket Training, Coaching, Consulting and Professional Services Industry.
  • Communication Skills: You’re a natural networker, able to communicate effectively with clients and candidates alike.
  • Passion for Startups: You’re excited by the challenge of working in a growing company and shaping its future.
  • Self-Motivated: You have high motivation to show up every day, do your work independently and hit targets to help the company grow


What We Offer

A competitive salary of £50,000-60,000 with OTE of ~£120,000.
