Job Summary:

We’re hiring an Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our technology stack, ensuring seamless operations across the business. This role is critical for maintaining efficiency in our processes and enhancing the functionality of tools that drive our marketing, sales, customer support, and financial operations. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about finding innovative solutions that simplify and improve workflows.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: $85,000 – $90,000
  • End-of-year performance-based bonus (estimated 10% of salary)

Key Responsibilities:

Tech Stack Management:


  • Manage and optimize our CRM (Keap) for automations, including prospect marketing, customer fulfillment, and billing workflows.
  • Oversee SaaS subscription management, including cancellations, churn prevention, and merchant account integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software bugs and data issues, interfacing with third-party providers as needed.
  • Build and optimize order forms, upsell/downsell flows, and test thoroughly to ensure efficiency.
  • Improve APIs and data integrations in collaboration with data providers.


Operational Excellence:

  • Document and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for seamless cross-departmental functionality.
  • Track and report KPIs in conjunction with the finance team.
  • Manage inbound/outbound phone systems and ensure the smooth operation of all mission-critical infrastructure.


Collaboration and Communication:


  • Proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to address issues, implement solutions, and ensure alignment.
  • Work closely with the product team on updates, testing, and launches.



QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects with time-sensitive deadlines while handling normal daily responsibilities
  • Deep knowledge of technology systems and a proven ability to learn and adapt to new tools
  • Extreme attention to detail, paired with a focus on simplicity and efficiency
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to proactively suggest and implement improvements
