OVERVIEW:

The Field Operations & Safety Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operational, scheduling, and profitability functions across an average of 25 stores within one to multiple districts. Reporting directly to the Regional Operations & Safety Director, the Field Operations & Safety Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing inventory integrity through the operational excellence of back and front of house operations. Your role will involve collaborating and closely influencing with cross-functional partners and contributing to the company’s efforts in maximizing sales and profitability. This field position requires a dynamic and progressive leader with proven expertise in inventory management, store operations and strategic leadership maintaining a customer-centric approach while holding themselves accountable for delivering sales and profit objectives. The position requires 60% of overnight travel.
