Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and assists in the day to day management of inventory levels, verifies and maintains inventory planning parameters and prepares department metrics.
  • Supervises inventory auditing and reconciliation activity.
  • Performs cycle counting, transaction audit reconciliation and inventory adjustment.
  • Assists with developing performance-improving enhancements such as web-based applications as they relate to inventory control and warehousing material movement processes.
  • Adheres to all company human resources, quality, operations and safety policies.
  • Assists in the training of new employees.


Qualifications:

  • Inventory control experience preferred, ISO familiarity.
  • Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Excellent problem solving skills and attention to details.
  • Analytical approach to reconciliation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Forklift Certification (as required and prior to operating a forklift)
    • Forklift Course and Test
    • Practical Training
    • Evaluation of operator performance

  • ESD (Electrostatic Discharge): Knowledge of Handling ESD Protected Material
    • ESD course and test

  • Safety Training
    • PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
    • Hazardous Communication
    • MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets)
    • Lockout/Tagout for Affected Personal
