Description
As the Assistant Vice President of EHR, Clinical, Patient Financial Systems, you will play a crucial leadership role within our T&D division, overseeing the smooth functioning and support of our EHR, Medical Imaging, Clinical & Revenue Cycle Systems & personnel. Your responsibilities include developing a strategic roadmap of clinical capabilities and leading a team of technology & clinical systems experts to deliver these capabilities with great quality, on time and within budget. Your role spans technical analysis & solution design, process optimization, team management, budgeting, forecasting, and enhancing employee engagement, provider satisfaction, operational excellence, and the efficiency of our product/application portfolio. Estimated salary range for this position is $210685.17 – $273890.72 / year depending on experience.
Qualifications
Degrees:
- Bachelors.
Additional Qualifications:
- Required – Bachelors – Information Technology, Or – Bachelors – Healthcare, Or – Bachelors – Business Related.
- Advanced degree preferred.
- 15 years plus of progressively responsible experience in a healthcare environment, and ten (10) years of management/leadership experience required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, analytical skills, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and work effectively across all organizational levels.
- Experience developing and supporting mission-critical applications optimized to run in the cloud or virtualized environments.
- Experience managing application portfolios across a diverse support environment (insourced, shared, outsourced).
- Knowledge of system architecture, technical design, and system and software development technology.
- Nursing or clinical experience a plus.
