Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative individual to join our dynamic team! The Senior Manager role involves leading aspects of the Trade Technology Systems Engineer and Sr. Trade Technology Systems Engineer positions. This role includes strategic direction, standardization, and leadership in standard methodologies. The Senior Manager will collaborate with partners, drive strategic direction, design and maintain software solutions, and ensure alignment to standard processes and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Team member Collaboration: Partner with key customers to understand their operations, develop complete end-to-end process maps, and design improvements to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements.
  • Strategic Direction: Drive the strategic direction of business systems development efforts, seeing opportunities for innovation and improvement to enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Process Development: Lead the development of end-to-end processes, from backend systems programming to implementing automation that supports process improvements.
  • Standardization: Review solutions for alignment to best practices and coding standards. Lead other team members in applying best practices and coding standards. Identify new technologies and report on how they may benefit future systems engineering.
  • Technical Integration: Work closely with technical teams to design and implement system integrations that support and enhance business operations.
  • System Maintenance: Maintain existing systems, solve issues, resolve root causes, and implement system enhancements to avoid future issues. Responsible for all data integrity, data analysis and business intelligence services associated with trade compliance systems.
