IT Engineer III – Network Operations Center (NOC)

Seeking an experienced Network Engineer or similar role (minimum two years’ experience) to join our NOC team. As an Information Technology Engineer III, you will be responsible for the continual development of the NOC. Utilizing our LogicMonitor IT Infrastructure Monitoring tool to monitor, analyze and report on Event Management. You will also ensure the performance, integrity and reliability of system components. In addition you will determine user specifications for reporting and project needs and work independently in a professional, high-tech environment to oversee sophisticated and specialty technology.

Hiring for: 1st Shift. *Rotating the below shifts and Holiday coverage required.

• Saturday through Wednesday, 8am-4pm

• Wednesday through Sunday, 8am-4pm

• Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm

This is a Hybrid position, that will be heavily remote with the option of being 100% onsite if desired. Required occasional travel to Clifton, NJ and/or Piscataway, NJ and Midtown New York Corporate Center.

May require occasional on-site presence; therefore, should live within a commutable distance. No relocation assistance available.

Preferred Criteria

• Experience with creating Thresholds, Building Dashboards using IT Monitoring Tools
• LogicMonitor Certified Associate (LMCA)/Professional (LMCP) Certifications
• Experience in Scripting; (Groovy, python, JSON, YAML, JavaScript)
• Experience in Service Now (Create Knowledge Articles), Windows, Linux OS, Database systems, Storage (Isilon, Pure, Rubrik), Cloud (Azure)
• Advanced knowledge of (TCP/IP), dynamic routing protocols, Arista and Cisco switches/routers, FWs, WAN
• Familiarity with network protocols; BGP, HTTP, FTP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP

Required Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/related discipline or 5+ years of related work experience
• Minimum of two years’ experience or equivalent working as a NOC Engineer or in network operations
• 5-7 years of related work experience

Salary Range:

$90,000-$141,500/Annual
