We are a customer service driven company that highly values its employees and their wellbeing.  Advanced is looking to hire a Termite/Pest Control Specialist that will include termite assessments and inspections as well as basic pest control services.  Advanced will supply ongoing support and training to ensure employee success.

This is a Monday- Friday position. 

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and quote termite and pest solutions. 

Interact with customers by setting project expectations and walking them through the process to ensure satisfaction

Serve as a problem solver for your customer to decide on the most efficient and best overall pest solution for each customer's needs

Complete all required service-related documentation and utilize your hand-held device for speed and accuracy

Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer

Qualifications:

Termite knowledge and  experience Required

Valid driver’s license required with a clean driving record

Ability to pass a drug screen and background check 

Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)

Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with our great customers

Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl

Willing to work in different types of weather conditions

Self-motivated and problem solver
