Key Responsibilities:
- Growth Funnel Optimization: Analyze and improve the funnel conversion rates, identifying key areas for improvement and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
- Experimentation and Innovation: Design and run experiments to test new features and approaches, using A/B testing and other methodologies for product in both web and mobile versions to validate hypotheses and drive continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data solution, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to identify and prioritize initiatives that drive impact.
- User Experience Design: Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create intuitive and effective interfaces that simplify the advertising process.
- Product Development and Management: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation, design, and testing to launch, ensuring features are delivered on time and meet the needs of SMB customers.
- Product Documentation: Bring together requirements for product features, and provide documents for PRD and business logic for essential team members from Design to Engineering to drive product feature launch completion.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about the competitive landscape, emerging trends, and customer needs in the TV and CTV advertising space, using insights to guide product decisions.
- Partner Management: Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to senior leadership, ensuring alignment and support for key initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field, MBA is not required but a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles.
Additional Qualifications:
- Proven background in product management, particularly in advertising technology, with a solid understanding of TV/CTV advertising ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of SMB needs and are committed to delivering products that solve real problems and bring value for users.
- Highly analytical and use data to inform decisions, constantly seeking to optimize product performance and user engagement.
- Excel at working cross-functionally, bringing together diverse teams to achieve common goals.
- Laser-focused on delivering measurable outcomes, with a relentless strive to improve key metrics such as funnel conversion and customer happiness.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $176,800.00 – 221,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is eligible to earn sales incentive compensation.
